COVID-19 Update
As most of you have likely heard by now, the government of Ontario has begun relaxing some of the restrictions placed on various community sectors, including those related to worship gatherings. Although we are eager to return to live worship services at Hillside, we have decided to continue providing services in an online format for the time being. This is due to the difficulty the present restrictions place upon us and a lack of clarity around the health and safety measures that need to be put in place for us to hold live services. We will continue to explore how to move towards holding live services and other church-related events in a safe, meaningful and Christ-honouring manner and would appreciate both your understanding and prayers as we work through some of the difficult issues involved in this. One of the options that we are exploring is the possibility of holding an outdoor service towards the end of June, if permissible within the government restrictions. Other opportunities for family related activities, including our Family Games Night to be held on Saturday, June 20 @ 7:00pm, are being planned and will be announced shortly. We thank you for your patience and engagement with us through our various online events and look forward to meeting with you in a live setting once both safe and feasible.
