In light of the present gathering guidelines, we will be holding two Christmas Eve services this year, full of song, story and celebration for all ages. The services will be held at 2:00pm and 6:00pm, which permit adequate time for sanitization between services, and registration will be required for attendance. Registration will open today at 12:00 noon and will remain open until December 22 at 11:59pm. This will permit us some time to gauge attendance numbers prior to Christmas Eve and adjust as necessary to accommodate those wishing to attend.
Our hope is that we still see the great community response to our Christmas Eve services that we are used to seeing, allowing these services to be amazing times to introduce people to the joy, hope, peace and love of Jesus in a meaningful way. Please keep this in mind as you register for our services.
Present guidelines require adequate physical distancing and face mask use, which means that we will open two locations for worship for each service: the main auditorium and overflow with a live-stream broadcast in the lower auditorium. Seating assignment will be made on a first come, first serve basis as a limited number of tickets are available for each location.
Our desire is to host a service that all are as comfortable as possible in attending. As some of our congregants have auto-immune conditions and other health concerns that heighten the possible impact of COVID, we require all those attending our services to wear face masks out of consideration for others and in compliance with local health guidelines. Those unable or unwilling to wear face masks are asked, at this time, to join our services via our live-stream rather than attending in-person or to contact us ahead of time, so that alternate arrangements can be made for in-person attendance.
